Information you enter

When you send the contact or quote form, we store the details you provide (name, email, company, service, collection and delivery locations, and message) together with the date and your IP address, so we can reply and protect the form from abuse. Inquiries are visible only to authorised staff in our secure admin area. We may also forward a copy to our team by email.

Tracking searches

Tracking results are looked up on our server using the number you enter. Tracking numbers appear in the page address so results can be shared, and may be kept in your browser history and our hosting provider’s access logs. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information as a tracking number.

Cookies and external services

Public pages do not set cookies, use analytics, load third-party fonts, or contact outside tracking services. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when staff sign in to the admin area. Our hosting provider may independently keep technical logs.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to answer them and meet our legal obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the details you have sent us.

Links and communication

Email and telephone links open your device’s own applications. External services you choose to use process data under their own terms.
