A little clarity
goes a long way.
Helpful answers before your parcel takes its next step.
Which service should I choose?
Same-day is designed for urgent local needs; next-day for planned business-day deliveries. National, international, freight, and fulfillment options cover more specialized journeys. A real operator should confirm route availability, cost, and transit time before booking.
How do I track a parcel?
Use the tracking form on the home page or the Track shipment page. Results come from our tracking system. The website ships with four sample numbers you can try: SW10024681 (in transit), SW10024682 (out for delivery), SW10024683 (delivered), and SW10024684 (exception).
What do I need for a quote?
Have the collection and delivery locations, parcel count, weight, dimensions, contents, and preferred timing ready. A courier may also need access instructions and any special handling requirements.
What can’t be shipped?
Restrictions depend on the operator, service, and destination. Hazardous goods, prohibited items, cash, live animals, and temperature-sensitive items can require specialist services or be excluded. Always confirm restrictions with your chosen courier.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery times depend on the service you book. For a real booking, check service-specific terms, cutoff times, exclusions, and any guarantee offered by the operator.
What does a delivery exception mean?
An exception means a shipment needs attention: for example, an address check, access issue, customs query, or weather disruption. Review the tracking note and contact the courier through verified contact details.
Does the contact form send a request?
Yes. Your request is checked, saved securely, and reviewed by our team, who will reply using the email address you provide. Sending the form does not create a booking or a charge.
How should I prepare a parcel?
Use a sturdy box, cushion the contents so they cannot move, seal all seams, and remove old labels. Make sure the delivery label is clear. For fragile, valuable, oversized, or restricted goods, ask the courier for specific packaging guidance.
